Michael LaBozzetta

Mike LaBozzetta comes to the Laiderman Law Firm with experience advising businesses of all sizes and stages including Fortune 500 companies, multi-generational
businesses, and seed-stage startups. His practice focuses on corporate structure, drafting and negotiating business transactions, succession planning, and serving as
external general counsel. Mike enjoys helping clients align their legal strategies with their business strategies to support business growth and legacy.

Prior to joining the Laiderman Law Firm, Mike ran his own transactional practice for nearly ten years, and his client list includes everything from consultants and
contractors, to restaurants, retail, and recording artists. Before founding his own practice, Mike spent more than three years at a Big 4 accounting firm advising
multi-national companies on transfer pricing and trans-national agreement matters.

Mike is licensed in Missouri and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
